Can someone join without an account?

When the host enables Allow guests, a guest can use the meeting link, enter a display name and wait for admission. Guest access lasts 30 minutes and does not include account libraries or recordings.

Will opening Meetings turn on my camera?

No. Entering an audio or video call is a separate action. Your browser asks for capture permission when you choose to use your camera or microphone.

Can I return to my mail during a meeting?

Yes. A joined meeting stays available while you move to another workspace panel.

Do I need to start a meeting to send a message?

No. Private messages have their own place in YourF and do not require a meeting room.
